The article will be submitted for publication in two languages (Romanian and English), on electronic support, to the e-mail address ruslan.condrat@mai.gov.md or cercetare.academia@gmail.com, with the mandatory completion of the author’s declaration (click here).
The study may also be prepared in another international language (French, German, Russian, etc.), and its full translation into English is mandatory. The conditions stipulated below are mandatory for both the Romanian and English versions of the article.
Upon submission of the paper, the author(s) must indicate the following data:
- first and last name (full);
- institutional affiliation, Research Organization Registry Index (ROR) of the research institution and title of the position held;
- author’s email and contact phone number;
- It is mandatory to indicate the UDC for each item.
Summary and keywords. The article must be accompanied by a summary (in Romanian and English), comprising 1500-2000 characters and at least 5 keywords (in Romanian and English). The summary must reflect the general guidelines regarding the researched subject, the objectives and results pursued by the author, as well as the theoretical and practical implications of the study.
THE CONTENT OF THE ARTICLE WILL MANDATORILY INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING STRUCTURAL ELEMENTS:
- Introduction. It is recommended that the introduction of the paper should reflect the subject and object of research, the importance and topicality of the study, the degree of research on the subject in doctrine, the premises of the research, etc.
- Applied methods and materials. The research methods and materials applied to the study will be briefly described, with reference to the researched subject.
- Discussions and results obtained – forms the basic content of the research. It is recommended to divide this section into paragraphs and/or subparagraphs to foreshadow the relevance or sequence of certain elements of the researched problem.
- Conclusions.
- Bibliographic references.

article title: font size 14, Bold centered;
authors/co-authors: first name, last name, scientific title and/or scientific-didactic title, font size 14, Bold centered. They are written on a line below the title of the work;
summary: font size 12, it is written two lines apart from the line containing the affiliation of the author(s), left/right aligned (Justify), italic;
keywords: font size 12, are written on one line below the summary, left/right aligned (Justify), italic;
article: font size 12, row spacing 1.5, should fall within the limits of 20.000-40.000 characters (without space);
tables: should be fitted into the text, will be numbered in the upper right, and the title will be written in the upper left;
figures: will be framed in the text and will be numbered;
illustrations will be in jpg. or tiff. format with the following characteristics: 300 dpi and minimum 1 MB;
formulas and equations: inserted in the text will be numbered on the right side of the page;
references to bibliographical sources: are indicated in square brackets, inserted in the text, for example [8]. If certain parts of the source are cited, the page number is also indicated after the bibliographic index, for example [8, p. 231];
bibliography is placed at the end of the paper after two blank lines, in the order in which the references were made in the content of the article.

The evaluation process involves assessments of the scientific value of the materials proposed for publication, aspects of doctrinal novelty, documentation and bibliographic information of the authors, compliance with technical writing requirements and the authors’ journalistic style, etc.
Articles accepted by the editorial team enter the editing and printing process one month prior to publication.
