Stockholm, Suedia.<\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>Evenimentul dat este o ac\u0163iune a Proiectului Uniunii Europene intitulat \u201eEuropean Human Rights Law for Universities of Ukraine and Moldova \/ HRLAW\u201d, nr. de referin\u0163\u0103 573861-EPP-1-2016-1-EE-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, parte component\u0103 a programului pentru educa\u0163ie, instruire, tineret \u015fi sport Erasmus+ \u00een domeniul consolid\u0103rii capacit\u0103\u0163ilor \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior.<\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb> La nivel na\u0163ional, proiectul HRLAW include \u015fi al\u0163i parteneri din Republica Moldova, cum ar fi: Universitatea de Stat din Moldova, Universitatea de Stat \u201eAlecu Russo\u201d din or. B\u0103l\u0163i, Ministerul Educa\u0163iei, Culturii \u015fi Cercet\u0103rii al RM \u015fi ONG CRCT GUTTA-CLUB.<\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>Activit\u0103\u0163ile din Stockholm au \u00eenceput cu desf\u0103\u015furarea unei mese rotunde \u00een incinta Institutului KTH, cu prezentarea discursului de introducere \/ mesajului de bun venit de c\u0103tre coordonatorul proiectului dl Viktor Kordas, continu\u00e2nd cu abordarea urm\u0103toarelor subiecte: implementarea instrumentelor \u015fi serviciilor de asisten\u0163\u0103 juridic\u0103 pentru studen\u0163i \u015fi personalul academic; interna\u021bionalizarea \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior, programe interna\u0163ionale, codul de conduit\u0103 \u015fi politicile privind ocuparea for\u0163ei de munc\u0103, prezentarea general\u0103 a \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2ntului superior suedez, politica drepturilor omului, angajarea, conducerea \u015fi managementul, egalitatea de gen, diversitatea \u015fi egalitatea de \u015fanse, mediul \u015fi climatul de lucru, managementul competen\u0163elor, stabilirea salariilor etc.<\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>Totodat\u0103, delega\u0163ia Academiei a avut posibilitatea de a avea o \u00eentrevedere cu dna Sigbritt Karlsson, Pre\u015fedintele Institutului KTH, profesor universitar \u00een tehnologia polimeric\u0103. Discu\u0163iile au fost axate pe aspectele cooper\u0103rii \u00eentre institu\u0163iile partenere ale Proiectului HRLAW, pe perspectivele \u015fi mecanismele de dezvoltare, schimbul de bune practici \u015fi experien\u0163e. \u00cen acest context, partea suedez\u0103 \u015fi-a ar\u0103tat deschiderea \u015fi dorin\u0163a de a coopera cu Academia \u201e\u015etefan cel Mare\u201d, subliniind importan\u0163a stabilirii \u015fi dezvolt\u0103rii bunelor rela\u0163ii de colaborare care vor facilita dezvoltarea prosper\u0103 a institu\u0163iilor noastre de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt superior.<\/p>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>De la \u00eenfiin\u0163area sa \u00een 1827, KTH a devenit una dintre cele mai importante universit\u0103\u0163i tehnice \u015fi de inginerie din Europa, precum \u015fi un centru-cheie al talentului \u015fi inov\u0103rii intelectuale, este cea mai mare institu\u0163ie de cercetare \u015fi \u00eenv\u0103\u0163\u0103m\u00e2nt tehnic din Suedia. <\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>KTH se situeaz\u0103 printre primele 100 de universit\u0103\u021bi din lume \u00een noile QS (World University Rankings). Activit\u0103\u0163ile KTH sunt concentrate \u00een diferite \u0219coli\/ facult\u0103\u0163i, fiecare dintre ele av\u00e2nd anumite departamente, centre de excelen\u0163\u0103 \u015fi programe de studii universitare. <\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>Institutul KTH caut\u0103 mereu noi talente care s\u0103 se dezvolte \u00een mediul de cercetare \u015fi educa\u0163ie orientate, \u00een cele din urm\u0103, s\u0103 modeleze viitorul universit\u0103\u0163ii. Reputa\u0163ia puternic\u0103 interna\u0163ional\u0103 de care beneficiaz\u0103 KTH, o prezint\u0103 ca o universitate atractiv\u0103 pentru studen\u0163ii str\u0103ini. Astfel, \u00een anul 2018 KTH a \u00eenmatriculat aproximativ 1000 de studen\u0163i la cursuri oferite \u00een limba englez\u0103. La fel de mul\u0163i studen\u0163i str\u0103ini ajung la KTH \u00een fiecare an \u015fi pentru a studia peste 60 de programe de masterat predate \u00een limba englez\u0103. Unele dintre aceste programe sunt date \u00eempreun\u0103 cu alte institu\u0163ii tehnice proeminente. De asemenea, sunt oferite programe comune de masterat finan\u0163ate de Erasmus+ sau prin intermediul alian\u0163ei Nordic Five Tech. <\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>\u00cen acela\u015fi context, Institutul Regal de Tehnologie ofer\u0103 posibilitatea de a ob\u0163ine o diplom\u0103 de doctorat \u00eentr-un mediu dinamic, interna\u0163ional de cercetare care ofer\u0103 facilit\u0103\u0163i, c\u00e2t \u015fi o str\u00e2ns\u0103 colaborare cu companii precum Saab, Ericsson, Scania, ABB, Bombardier. Fiind cea mai mare \u015fi cea mai bine cotat\u0103 universitate tehnic\u0103 din Suedia, KTH ofer\u0103 condi\u0163ii excelente pentru cei 2000 de doctoranzi. \u00cen cadrul institu\u0163iei este format Consiliul care este unitatea de top executiv\u0103 ce guverneaz\u0103 activit\u0103\u0163ile KTH \u00een cele mai multe domenii. <\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>O alt\u0103 activitate desf\u0103\u015furat\u0103 \u00een contextul respectivei vizite a fost participarea reprezentan\u0163ilor Academiei la lucr\u0103rile conferin\u0163ei dedicate Proiectului INGDIVS \u201eCre\u015fterea diversit\u0103\u0163ii de gen\u201d. Proiectul contribuie la cre\u0219terea num\u0103rului de absolven\u0163i prin atragerea unei p\u0103r\u0163i mai largi a societ\u0103\u0163ii \u00een \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m\u00e2ntul superior \u015fi prin reducerea num\u0103rului de studen\u0163i care abandoneaz\u0103 studiile. Acest proiect este promovat prin prisma unui instrument, numit \u201eANNA\u201d (detalii: https:\/\/www.ingdivsproject.eu).<\/div>\n<div style=\u00abtext-indent: 36pt; text-align: justify;\u00bb>Urmare celor expuse deducem cu u\u015furin\u0163\u0103 \u015firul vast de beneficii provenite ca rezultat al efectu\u0103rii vizitei delega\u0163iei Academiei \u201e\u015etefan cel Mare\u201d \u00een cadrul Institutului Regal Tehnologic (KTH) din or.
