instruc\u021bie\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La data de 22 mai 2024, \u00een cadrul Academiei \u201e\u0218tefan cel Mare\u201d s-a desf\u0103\u0219urat Sesiunea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103studen\u0163easc\u0103 cu genericul: \u201eRespectarea drepturilor fundamentale ale omului prin prisma institu\u021biei judec\u0103torului de instruc\u021bie\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Evenimentul a fost organizat de c\u0103tre membrii Catedrei procedur\u0103 penal\u0103, criminalistic\u0103 \u015fi securitate informa\u0163ional\u0103 \u0219i ai Departamentului limbi moderne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La sesiunea \u015ftiin\u0163ific\u0103 studen\u0163easc\u0103 au participat cadrele profesoral-didactice \u0219i studen\u021bii Facult\u0103\u0163ii drept, administra\u0163ie, ordine \u015fi securitate public\u0103, (domeniu de formare: Drept), anul de studii II \u0219i IV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unul dintre obiectivele acestei reuniuni \u0219tiin\u021bifice a fost identificarea lacunelor de ordin legislativ care afecteaz\u0103 drepturile \u015fi libert\u0103\u0163ile fundamentale ale omului \u00een cadrul procesului penal, totodat\u0103, pun\u00e2ndu-se accent pe rolul institu\u021biei judec\u0103torului de instruc\u021bie ca garant al unui proces echitabil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen timpul desf\u0103\u0219ur\u0103rii evenimentului \u015ftiin\u0163ificstuden\u0163esc s-a reiterat esen\u0163a ratific\u0103rii Conven\u021biei Europene pentru ap\u0103rarea drepturilor omului \u0219i a libert\u0103\u021bilor fundamentale, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia Republica Moldova \u0219i-a asumat o obliga\u021bie de a respecta drepturile \u0219i libert\u0103\u021bile fundamentale ale persoanelor care se afl\u0103
