Totodat\u0103, workshop-ul interna\u0163ional s-a axat pe: modalit\u0103\u0163ile de \u00eencurajare a tineretului spre \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are, importan\u0163a activit\u0103\u0163ilor de voluntariat, dezvoltarea abilit\u0103\u0163ilor de formare \u015fi facilitarea procesului educativ non-formal, familiarizarea participan\u0163ilor cu Strategia european\u0103 de formare \u015fi modelul de competen\u0163\u0103 al unui formator, schimbul de bune practici \u015fi \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u015firea experien\u0163elor altor lucr\u0103tori de tineret din diverse organiza\u0163ii europene.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forul de mobilitate a \u00eentrunit participan\u0163i din 8 state europene, oferind oportunit\u0103\u0163i apreciabile de dezvoltare personal\u0103 \u015fi profesional\u0103, de \u00eembog\u0103\u0163ire a cuno\u015ftin\u0163elor \u015fi conturare a perspectivelor \u00een domeniul educa\u0163iei non-formale. Astfel, participan\u0163ii delega\u0163i vor putea implementa cuno\u015ftin\u0163ele ob\u0163inute contribuind activ la cre\u015fterea calit\u0103\u0163ii proceselor de \u00eenv\u0103\u0163are a
