Mare\u201d a MAI ce monitorizeaz\u0103 \u0219i coordoneaz\u0103 \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 activitatea studen\u021bilor cu statut special din cadrul Academiei.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Obiectivul principal al Comandamentului studen\u021bi cu statut special este lucrul instructiv-educativ \u0219i men\u021binerea unui climat favorabil profesional \u00een privin\u021ba studen\u021bilor cu statut special din cadrul Academiei \u2013 viitorii absolven\u021bi ai institu\u021biei \u0219i angaja\u021bi \u00een unit\u0103\u021bile beneficiare ale Ministerului Afacerilor Interne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comandamentul studen\u021bi cu statut special are structura sub forma a 7 sec\u021bii, dup\u0103 num\u0103rul anilor de studii la moment \u00een cadrul Academiei \u00een domeniile de formare profesional\u0103 existente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sec\u021biile sunt numerotate dup\u0103 anii de studii, dup\u0103 cum urmeaz\u0103:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) Sec\u021bia nr.1a \u2013 anul I la domeniul de formare profesional\u0103 Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) Sec\u021bia nr.1b \u2013 anul I la alt domeniu de formare profesional\u0103 dec\u00e2t Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) Sec\u021bia nr.2a \u2013 anul II la domeniul de formare profesional\u0103 Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) Sec\u021bia nr.2b \u2013 anul II la alt domeniu de formare profesional\u0103 dec\u00e2t Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) Sec\u021bia nr.3a \u2013 anul III la domeniul de formare profesional\u0103 Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) Sec\u021bia nr.3b \u2013 anul III la alt domeniu de formare profesional\u0103 dec\u00e2t Drept;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7) Sec\u021bia nr.4 \u2013 anul IV la domeniul de formare profesional\u0103 Drept.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Comandamentul studen\u021bi cu statut special \u00een exercitarea func\u021biilor sale este investit cu urm\u0103toarele atribu\u021bii:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1) realizeaz\u0103 sarcinile preg\u0103tirii profesionale continu\u0103 a studen\u021bilor cu statut special\/tax\u0103, controlul respect\u0103rii regimului zilei \u015fi programului de instruire, urm\u0103re\u015fte executarea ordinii interioare \u015fi la teritoriul repartizat, \u015fi totodat\u0103 men\u0163inerea ei;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) contribuie la \u00eent\u0103rirea disciplinei executorii, ridicarea climatului moral psihologic \u015fi formarea profesional\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3) asigur\u0103 zilnic prezen\u021ba studen\u021bilor cu statut special\/tax\u0103 la procesul de instruire \u015fi duce eviden\u0163a continu\u0103;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4) verific\u0103 \u00eensu\u015firea actelor normative care reglementeaz\u0103 activitatea studen\u0163ilor pe parcursul desf\u0103\u015fur\u0103rii procesului de studii;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) desf\u0103\u015foar\u0103 \u015fedin\u0163e \u0219i verific\u0103 executarea serviciilor \u00een permanen\u021b\u0103 de c\u0103tre studen\u021bii cu statut special;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2) dezvolt\u0103 calit\u0103\u021bile profesionale \u0219i morale ale fiec\u0103rui student;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5) exercit\u0103 lucrul individual-educativ cu studen\u021bii \u00een scopul dezvolt\u0103rii spiritului devotamentului fa\u021b\u0103 de Patrie \u0219i de Jur\u0103m\u00e2nt, cultivarea calit\u0103\u021bilor moral-psihologice \u0219i capacit\u0103\u021bii sporite pe parcursul exercit\u0103rii atribu\u0163iilor de serviciu;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>6) organizeaz\u0103 m\u0103suri extra\u0219colare \u00een comun cu Serviciul cultural-educativ \u0219i alte subdiviziuni ale Academiei;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>7) asigur\u0103 func\u021bionarea sistemului de preg\u0103tire psihologic\u0103 \u0219i de asigurare a protec\u021biei psihologice a efectivului studen\u021besc din subordine, cu antrenarea speciali\u0219tilor din domeniul respectiv;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8) desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 lunar\/semestrial \u015fi anual bilan\u021bul st\u0103rii preg\u0103tirii de lupt\u0103, disciplinei, lucrului instructiv-educativ \u0219i a ordinii interioare;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>9) \u00eentreprinde m\u0103suri \u00een men\u021binerea \u00een stare de func\u021bionalitate normal\u0103 a s\u0103lilor studii, inventarului pentru procesul de instruire a studen\u021bilor;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>10) \u00eentreprinde m\u0103suri \u00eentru \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021birea condi\u021biilor de trai a studen\u021bilor cu statut special\/tax\u0103 \u00een c\u0103minul \u015fi cazarma institu\u0163iei;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>11) controleaz\u0103 respectarea tehnicii securit\u0103\u021bii \u00een timpul \u0219edin\u021belor la Instruc\u021bia tragerii, \u00een timpul tragerilor, exerci\u021biilor tactice, lucr\u0103rilor logistice etc.;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12) \u00eentreprinde m\u0103suri orientate spre p\u0103strarea, \u00eentre\u021binerea \u00een stare de func\u021bionalitate a mijloacelor speciale de ap\u0103rare activ\u0103 \u0219i pasiv\u0103, efectueaz\u0103 cel 3 pu\u021bin 2 ori pe an inventarierea mijloacelor
